NATON MEDICAL

Naton Medical is a leading Chinese manufacturer and supplier of orthopedic implants. As part of its corporate development strategy, Naton Medical acquired the complete Bricon product line from Möller Medical GmbH, Fulda, Germany. Möller Medical GmbH is a subsidiary of the German formerly listed Centrotec Sustainable AG. For the purpose of this transaction, all business was transferred into a new company whose shares have consecutively been acquired by Naton Medical.

After successful integration, the Swiss designed product line helps relieving patients both in the PRC and Europe from back pain.

The entire M&A process has been implemented by members of the UMi 4.0 team.
